1) Payment Methods

During the ordering process, the following payment methods can be selected:

Credit / Debit Card
PayPal (including PayPal Invoice Purchase)
Apple Pay
Google Pay

2) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are generally borne by the customer. These depend on the delivery quantity, particularly weight and volume.

Within Germany
For orders under €150, the shipping costs are €4.95.
For orders of €150 or more, shipping is free of charge.

Outside Germany
Delivery is currently available to all European Union countries as well as Norway and Switzerland.
For orders under €150, the shipping costs are €9.95.
For orders of €150 or more, shipping is free of charge.

General Information
Subsequent deliveries are free of charge.

3) Shipping & Transfer of Risk

Apollo Dion GmbH selects the packaging at its best discretion.

Shipping is carried out from the warehouse of Apollo Dion GmbH to the address provided by the customer. Any incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer are their responsibility.

Shipping is done via DHL GoGreen.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays. In general, shipping takes place as soon as all items are ready for dispatch and in stock. The availability of a product is displayed when selecting the item.
