bebomed is based on a biomimetic principle. Biomimetics is the study of nature's mechanisms of action. The science of biomimetics is concerned exclusively with copying nature's mechanisms of action. At bebomed, this type of mechanism of action is particularly geared towards medical baby care. The bebomed biomimetics particularly recreates the protective and regenerative mechanisms inherent in baby skin and supports baby skin in exactly this way, i.e. in the skin's own way.

How does bebomed work biomimetically against (allergenic) pathogens?

If an allergen or other pathogen manages to penetrate the skin, the immune system is activated. The special thing about allergens is that they are actually harmless to the human body, but are still reacted to by the immune system of an allergy sufferer as pseudo-pathogens.

The activation of the immune system triggers a chain reaction:

1. The blood vessels expand so that antibodies can reach the site of penetration more quickly. These antibodies dock onto the pathogen - in the case of allergies, the allergen - and thereby increase its surface area. Furthermore, these antibodies now "glue" several pathogens together to form clusters. Such a cluster has a significantly larger surface area than individual pathogens (packaging parameters). This allows the phagocytes of the body's own immune system to now recognize these clusters based on their size. The body's own phagocytes then break down and inactivate the pathogens.
   This inactive substance is then excreted via the lymph or even as pus through the skin. This also encourages the body to injure itself:
2. As soon as the immune system is activated, messenger substances in the nervous system cause itching at the point on the skin where pathogens have penetrated. The human reaction to this is to scratch at exactly that spot. On the one hand, scratching serves to physically remove disturbances on the surface of the skin. On the other hand, the micro-injuries to the skin resulting from scratching ensure that the pathogens escape and are removed. Negative consequences of micro-injuries: Pustules or even eczema often occur as a result.

The defense mechanism of bebomed

The biomimetic principle of bebomed acts precisely on this defense mechanism.

bebomed counteracts this by (i) providing preventive protection and preventing (allergenic) pathogens from penetrating the skin and (ii) regenerating, i.e. rebuilding and strengthening, the skin's protective barrier in cases where pathogens have penetrated the skin and immune systems have already been activated.

Preventive protection

Regular use of bebomed generally prevents the penetration of (allergenic) pathogens or allergens: bebomed compacts the skin's cell membrane complex in a natural way. The active ingredient complex based on the patented curactivum formula builds a protective film on the skin for at least 24 hours. The skin is thus almost impenetrable to pathogens. This is the principle of allergy-minimized medical baby care - chemical or pharmaceutical "clubs" can also be dispensed with.

The protective film according to the curactivum formula not only prevents the penetration of pathogens, it also reduces them: The active ingredients used according to the curactivum formula are valued in wound healing for their antimicrobial properties, i.e. their effect against pathogens.

bebomed care products that also use the LLS system also condense the skin's cell membrane complex even more. The combination of the curavitum formula and the LLS system makes it almost impossible for pathogens to penetrate the skin.

As a result, bebomed protects against unjustified skin reactions of the immune system, especially in the case of allergies, by keeping the skin free from irritation. Allergens are harmless to the human body per se, it is only the defensive reaction triggered in allergy sufferers that makes them a problem.

Regeneration

If pathogens have penetrated the skin as a result of a broken protective barrier, bebomed baby care rebuilds them in a natural way, activates them and strengthens them as described. The curactivum and LLS mechanisms of action allow the body to reduce the activation of the immune system. Scratching of the skin is quickly and noticeably inhibited when using bebomed baby care - this is also promoted by the itching-relieving properties of the bebomed products. To this end, bebomed baby care stimulates internal sludge removal, i.e. the removal of the inactive pathogen components broken down by the body's own phagocytes via the lymph and the vascular system.
