A. Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. A consumer is defined as any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification regarding the exercise of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.
